THE LIGHTS ARE OFF Until November
Well, Christmas 2007 is in the books and the lights are off. We would like to thank everyone that visited our display, the warm comments and most of all the donations to Petpal Rescue. We were able to give Petpal Rescue $300 this year which will benefit them and their great cause.
The lights might be off but we have already started planning for next year even before the lights are completely down. I have 6 songs already picked to sequence. So keep checking in to see what is planned for Christmas 2008 and be sure to check out our new consulting website Christmas Light Elf.
Welcome to Starrlight Spectacular, the home of one of the best Christmas Light displays in St Petersburg, Florida and the home of Gary and Janet Starr. Our Christmas Light Show is synchronized to music which is transmitted via an FM Transmitter. So come on by and stand out front and watch while listening to the music through our outdoor speakers or sit in your car and tune your radio to 96.3.
Our
first year of computer animation in 2006 was a huge success and we are now
planning and preparing for a bigger and better display Christmas of 2007.
On our site you will learn about why we do it, detailed information about the display, pictures, videos and hopefully have a few smiles.
You may ask why we do this. There are multiple answers to this question. First and foremost is to Celebrate the Birth of Jesus. Please follow the why button on the left for more to answer this question.
This year all of the donations collected will be given to Petpal Rescue.
